Terms and Conditions of Reserved Parking

• All reserved parking spots are for the sole use of Calgary Transit customers.
• Reserved parking is guaranteed at the lot requested but not for a specific stall.
• Customers can register up to five (5) licence plates but only one can be used at any given time. Customers do not have to own the vehicle to register its licence plate.
• Every reservation offered is for the following month.
• Reserved parking is available for one calendar month only and must be renewed each month.
• Priority customers are those customers that are registered and hold a current reservation. They have first choice to renew their reservation each month. Renewals must be made between the first and the twelfth of each month for the next month.
• Parking spots will be allotted to those on a waiting list after priority customers have had a chance to renew their reservations. This will occur between the eleventh and the twenty second day of each month.
• Reservations will not be taken between the twenty second day of the month and the end of the month.
• Reserved Parking is available between the hours of 2 am and 10:00 am weekdays only.
• Parking stalls that remain vacant after 10:00 am and on weekends are available to the general public.
• Once the reservation is confirmed reservations cannot be cancelled. Refunds will not be given.
• Parking enforcement issues should be directed to Calgary Parking Authority at www.calgaryparking.com or (403) 537-7000. All other inquiries should be directed to 3-1-1 or (403) 262-1000.
• Neither the City of Calgary nor Calgary Parking Authority is responsible for loss or damage however caused, to vehicles and or vehicle contents. Parking fee covers the sale of parking privileges only and does not include bailey custody or liability for vehicles and their contents.
• The cost for reserved parking is subject to change.
• After receiving your reservation reference number you must make payment for your reserved parking spot no later than 5 p.m. on 22nd of the month.
